Schedule a Consult Call
Looking for some direction with your exercise? Not seeing much improvement in your training? Schedule a 30-minute consult where you get to ask questions and see if I am the right match for your goals. Topics we will cover include your previous training experiences, lifestyle habits, medical history, and any current goals you have. We will cover some hard-hitting questions, these are the ones that let us really understand your WHY for wanting a coach.

Welcome On-board
If we are a good match and I can help with your goals, you will be sent your onboarding kit. This kit contains all the sign-up administration required including contact information, questionnaires, payment, and waiver signing.

Complete Your Initial Physical Training Assessments
Once all the administration is done, we can get started creating your program! The first step in this process is your physical assessment. This assessment is crucial for getting to know each other, get used to the process of remote coaching as well as help me as a coach learn about your unique movement patterns, motor control, strengths and weaknesses, and how we can improve.

Get Daily Workouts Straight to Your Phone
Your assessment is done and program created, it's now time to train! Using TrueCoach, you will receive your weekly workouts direct to your phone. Within each workout, you will be given specific exercises, tempos, reps, and sets so all you have to do is work hard and log the results after the workout. By logging your data, we are able to track where you are progressing and areas we may need to focus more on.

Work on The Broader Picture to Achieve Your Goals
While training hard, we will also look at other areas we can work on. This may range from improving your sleep routine to reducing your stress levels at work or at home. By guiding you through tough times, we work to create the most optimal version of yourself, because this is a long-term program, one that is designed to create healthy life-long habits.

Consistently Refine and Update Your Goals
All training requires feedback. You will have regular access to me through messaging as well as a monthly 30-minute Zoom call to look at the bigger picture of your program. By constantly refining our approach, we eliminate what doesn't work and focus on what does work best for you. This is about the best approach towards achieving your goals!
